I’ve been on this workout program for the past 4 weeks, and I’ve been seeing some pretty good results. I can see my arms getting bigger, and I’ve been getting stronger every week. But, for some reason, I haven’t been getting any slimmer. Odd thing is, I’ve been about the same weight. The reason this is odd is because muscle is denser than fat, meaning the same weight takes less space. So if I’m gaining muscle and staying same weight, I should be getting slimmer. I’m guessing I’m gaining muscle faster than I can lose weight, which is fine by me. Of course, I could be completely wrong, but that’s ok.

BTW, I am so looking forward to “The Incredibles”. It’s gonna be amazing!!

Also, I just added an RSS feed from this blog to my Friendster profile, so people there can read it too. Yay!
